Distribution of instruments is done with Google Form. Data collected 258 respondents, and valid respondent data obtained 240 respondents to use. The results of this study are conceptual models that have seven variables: security, confidentiality, Perceived trust, Perceived of use smartphones, mobile banking services, the use of mobile banking and the development of instruments producing 39 instruments. The reliability test with Cronbach's alpha value above 0.5 and AVE value above 0.6.
