Intellectual support system of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) procedure in region of Caspian Sea

Abstract

Are considered the opportunity of modern methods usage of knowledge engineering, of ecological monitoring, as well as ICT for solution of one of the most actual problems in the Caspian Sea region - problem of “Environmental Impact Assessment in transboundary context”, which has become critically important by collapse of USSR.
