Till now, vaccination is the most effective way of fighting this pandemic of COVID-19. This paper proposes a system which will monitor and control the temperature of the vaccine storage rooms. Here an Internet of things and Machine Learning system has been developed which will measure the real time temperature of the room and will control the temperature automatically. It will try to keep the temperature in the given region, it will predict the temperature of next twenty minutes with the help of Machine learning algorithm-linear regression, it will watch for an anomaly using Z-score analysis, it will also watch if the temperature crosses upper or lower threshold.
