Therefore, a kind of telescopic triangular fuzzy sets was studied, it can changes the division of fuzzy sets non-uniformly by adjusting the stretching factor, and substantially reduces the number of the rules in the same input range. Based on the fuzzy sets, a fuzzy controller was constructed to calculate the Web request load for the loadbalancing of Web server cluster.
