(3) Environmental protection investment of enterprises has produced significant environmental performance in environmental quality, environmental management, operation of environmental protection facilities and resource utilization, but environmental protection technology innovation needs to be improved. (4) Environmental protection investment of enterprises has produced certain economic performance in reducing financial risks, saving energy-saving costs, sales of environmental protection products, environmental protection taxes and government subsidies. Abstract

The metallurgical industry is one of the key monitoring industries to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals ("double carbon" goal for short). Environmental protection investment is an effective way to achieve the "double carbon" goal. 冶金行业企业环保投资现状与绩效研究——以宝钢为例
冶金行业是实现碳调峰和碳中和目标(简称“双碳”目标)的重点监测行业之一。环保投资是实现“双碳”目标的有效途径。本文采用案例研究和对比分析相结合的方法,系统分析了宝钢股份有限公司(以下简称“宝钢”)环保投资的规模、结构、经济效益和环境绩效。研究发现:(1)企业的环保投资逐年增加,但环保投资占总投资的比例较低。(2)在企业环保投资结构中,昂贵投资大于资本化投资。(3)企业环保投资在环境质量、环境管理、环保设施运行和资源利用等方面产生了显著的环境绩效,但环保技术创新有待提高。(4)企业的环保投资在降低财务风险、节约节能成本、销售环保产品、环保税和政府补贴等方面产生了一定的经济效益。研究成果为强化冶金企业环保投资主体责任,提高环保投资效率,促进企业绿色发展,助力实现“双碳”目标提供理论参考。
