First, the paper gives three interval type representations of attribute value, then, makes use of set pair, convert interval type attribute value into the presentation of connection number and construct the connection degree matrix of decision problem, at last, computes the comprehensive connection degree, and sort and choose the projects based on the new definition of risk-priority-degree. Abstract
