Abstract

Background: Out-of-Pocket (OOP) payment is categorized among the critical indicators of health system financing. Given the high hospitalization costs of the hospitals, the ministry of health has attempted to implement Health Transformation Plan (HTP) in Iran to reduce OOP. The purpose of this paper is to show the effects of HTP on OOP payments of the hospitalized patients in Hamedan, Iran. 健康转型计划对伊朗哈马丹地区住院患者自付费用的影响
