Interviews in this study indicate that employees of the trade sector at the HP Warehouse experienced a decrease in performance. Abstract

This study determines the role of TikTok Media as a Mood Booster in Improving the Performance of Trade Sector Employees in Tebing Tinggi City during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
