Abstract

This paper discusses an automatic test equipment (ATE)/test program set (TPS) client/server based management information system application developed using a commercial off the shelf (COTS) relational database. This system facilitates automation of management and engineering support tasks typically associated with ATE/TPS development programs. These tools are an integral part of an ISO 9007/Software Engineering Institute (SEI) capability majority model (CMM) compliant development environment.
