Abstract

In recent years, perovskite solar cells have received extensive attention due to the advantages such as high light capture coefficient and long carrier diffusion distance. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has increased from 3.8% to 26.7%, which has enormous development potential.
