Abstract
The article discusses the physical nature of the optimum sheet resistance for the integrated electromagnetic noise suppressor. The system is a microstrip-line with Co-Al-O granular soft magnetic film on top of the signal line. Experimental result shows that there is an optimum sheet resistance which maximize the loss generation at the magnetic materials portion.
