Design of Flexible Market Mechanism Adapting to New Power System

Abstract

As the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality proposed, the construction of new power system with new energy as the main body is becoming the future development direction. In the context of the new power system, flexible resources not only improve the consumption rate of new energy, but also provide a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the system. Studying the changes in the power market mechanism abroad which adapting the change of low carbon system can help to improve the flexibility of the power system. At last, focusing on the reform of the new power system, can point out the direction of the power market to improv the flexibility of the power system.
