Abstract

This paper demonstrates an on-line control based on the speed sensorless vector control for a weaving machine. The system can achieve high efficiency because the exiting current can be obtained in corresponds to the load torque in real time. The proposed on-line control is analyzed by simulation and verified in experimental on weaving machine. The maximum efficiency is increased by 4.4% in comparison to the direct power grid connection.
