THE POSSIBILITIES OF SITUATIONAL CENTERS USING FOR TRAFFIC REGULATION. THE RUSSIA EXPERIENCE ON THE BELGOROD CITY EXAMPLE

Abstract

The article describes the possibilities of using SC to ensure safety and traffic regulation. The experience of Russia is given on the example of Belgorod city. The tasks of the Social Center in Belgorod: reducing the number of accidents and serious injuries among citizens injured in road accident, eliminating accidents; increasing the number of people using public transport; giving priority to public transport, pedestrians and cyclists, were realized.
