The method used in this research is the quantitative method by testing New Media Theory as applied theory. This research subject used early childhood as a research subject at Islam Insan Taqwa Kindergarten as one of the kindergarten schools that uses an online learning system through YouTube. The results obtained from this study are YouTube has a positive impact on early childhood online learning activities amid the pandemic Covid-19. Aspects of the positive impact are knowledge, comfort, innovation, and practice. The increase in new technology knowledge in early childhood in online learning activities got the highest results by 60%. The highest result from the convenience obtained when carrying out online learning activities at home by 42%. Online learning through YouTube is new or innovative for children with the result of 54%. The result of online learning practices that become the response of early childhood in carrying out online learning activities by 70%. 本研究的目的是了解大流行期间YouTube对幼儿在线学习活动的影响。本研究采用的方法是将新媒体理论作为应用理论进行检验的定量方法。本研究以使用YouTube在线学习系统的幼儿园之一Islam Insan Taqwa幼儿园的幼儿为研究对象。研究结果表明,在新冠疫情背景下,YouTube对儿童早期在线学习活动产生了积极影响。积极影响的方面是知识、舒适、创新和实践。幼儿在线学习活动中新技术知识的增加效果最高,达到60%。在家中进行在线学习活动时获得的便利性最高,占42%。通过YouTube在线学习对儿童来说是新的或创新的,结果为54%。在线学习实践的结果成为幼儿在开展在线学习活动时的反应的70%。关键词:YouTube,在线学习,新媒体
