Abstract
This paper deals with understanding of characteristics in network traffic in large heterogenous videoconference and streaming infrastructures. Analysis of these characteristic is importation for creating tools which will prevent critical event or critical nodes malfunctions. In this article we describe an environment for simulating, generating and data aggregation. Design of Testbed environment for optimized data collection will be presented and three experimental applications will be described: Simulator generating specific network traffic, Analyzer of videoconference connections with visualization and Detector for relevant videoconference requirements.
