Abstract
The paper presents the preliminary results of the author's investigations carried out in the field of the polyharmonic strongly coupled field-circuit models of induction machines. As an example the linear polyharmonic FEM-based model of a solid-rotor induction motor is discussed and compared to the classic monoharmonic frequency-domain and time-domain models of the same machine.
