This radome is composed of two different frequency selective surfaces (FSS). The transmission window and absorbing band are realized by the principle of impedance matching. Lossless foam is used as the medium while the absorbing band is promised. Lumped resistors are chosen to absorb microwave other than ink that can reduce the complexity of process. After simulating by CST Microwave Studio 2012, the result shows that from 13.5 GHz to 17.5GHz, reflection coefficient is lower than −10dB. And the transmittivity is more than eight percent from 32 GHz to 39GHz. Abstract
