Selective Dissemination of Information as a Communication Tool for E-Science Users

Abstract

The experience in developing and applying a tool for information support of research of virtual creative teams on the E-science platform is presented. The use of a highly organized form of information support for interdisciplinary research is the technology of selective dissemination of information (SDI). The authors improved the procedure of processing, performing information requests and bringing them to the participants of distributed virtual teams in the system of selective distribution of information.
