Abstract
In this Project, in order to improve the resonance of the Magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI) we explore and compare numerous Histogram Equalization Procedures. To enhance a photo we need to process the photo so that it can be satisfactory for definite applications. The processing of a photo can be such that it increases the visual properties of the photo and the sharpness of the photo or making the original image satisfactory for the computer to perform processing. Enhancing the contrast of the photo means to alter the input photo’s intensity of the pixels. There is a need to learn and evaluate multiple approaches to increase the contrast of the photo, because when you try to improve the photo the contrast loses its luminosity. So, in order to take care of the image brightness and to increase the image contrast, local and global approach combination of contrast enhancement technique can be applied. Normally, MRI images contrast is low. When we look at the MRI scan it is very hard to analyze and examine the photo as the image is of poor resolution and there is no proper comprehensive information. There are many ways to increase the contrast and resolution of MRI photos in image processing. All types of medical images can be boosted by using Histogram-based approach. We are using Histogram Equalization methods along with interpolation technique to improve the contrast and enhance MRI images of brain.
