Abstract

Recently, with the advancement of technologies in AI and Knowledge Base, several museums are using chatbots for visitors. One of the problems with these technologies, however is that gradually tends to be of no real interest to visitors owing to the lack of significant interaction, this eventually distracts visitors from experiencing the exhibits.
