Irregular Cigarette Package Matching Algorithm Based on Palletizing System

Abstract

Due to the irregularities of the packets and the daily changes in the order, the use of traditional teaching mode to program will not be able to complete the task of palletizing. This paper presents a design scheme of palletizing system based on irregular packets, which uses the host computer to plan the operation of the cigarette packets and communicate with the PLC to realize palletizing. This paper briefly introduces the composition of the system and the working principle of each device.
