Where intellectual capital is considered one of the most important assets of the organization, it also helps in adding a competitive advantage and investing these assets in light of the mechanisms and principles of governance, which is reflected in achieving high levels of performance and providing services with high quality.\nIn order to achieve the objectives of the research and test its hypotheses, the primary and secondary data were relied upon and a questionnaire was designed. Abstract
Abstract - The research aimed to measure and evaluate the impact of intellectual capital and governance on organizational performance for a sample of universities in Sulaymaniyah.
