This study uses primary data, a sample of 19 third-trimester pregnant women who experience back pain. The independent variable is prenatal yoga. The dependent variable that was measured was back pain using the VAS (Visual Analog Scale) measurement tool. The sampling technique used by researchers is non-random. Data analysis with Wilcoxon test.
