A specific spectroscopy of microscopic images with improved small object or artefact perception and manipulation

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to give a short overview of the methods that we have used in spectroscopy of microscopic images in order to improve perception and manipulation of small objects. The methodology itself is illustrated through several examples, together with short comments on related issues.
