Abstract

After NNSA issued “Technical Policy for Improving Maintenance Effectiveness of Nuclear Power Plants (Trial)” in 2017, relevant units in China actively carried out pilot maintenance rule and gradually carried out optimization research on related maintenance activities. Suzhou Nuclear Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. has participated in most maintenance rule related projects in China. This paper introduces the development of maintenance rule in China and the current implementation of maintenance rule for nuclear power plants in China. 2017年国家核安全局发布《提高核电站维修效能技术政策(试行)》后,国内相关单位积极开展维修规则试点,逐步开展相关维修活动的优化研究。苏州核电研究院有限公司参与了国内大部分与维护规则相关的项目。本文介绍了中国核电厂维修规则的发展和中国核电厂维修规则的实施情况。结合中国核电站技术规范和配置风险管理建设现状,研究基于维修规则的维修策略优化,为更多的风险知情应用奠定基础,以期在不影响安全的前提下,更有效地加强核电站的安全性,减少不必要的运行负担。
