Suicide Using an Air Blow Gun

Abstract

Kancho, a Japanese word for enema, is a common prank among East Asian children. It is performed by clasping the hands together in the shape of a “gun” and poking at the unsuspecting victim’s anus, while shouting “kan-CHO” [1]. There are records of the prank being practiced across Asia, and it is known by different names in different countries. In Korea, it is called Ttongchim.
