Abstract
This paper presents an autonomous radar Doppler navigator which is used to measure ground vehicle movement parameters. It is a mm-wave radar, which supports precision measurement of movement velocity, path and time of motion. The radar is specially designed for application on vehicles for navigation and control purposes.
