The results of the study reveal that people are positive about integrating spirituality into management and it is viewed as a highly ac- ceptable and beneficial concept in the workplace, especially in the current turbulent economic situation in the world. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the individual perceptions about integrating spirituality in manage- ment and to assess the benefits of spirituality towards organizational performance.
