FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

There is an insufficient amount of investment in domestic infrastructure facilities. The first place in the number of contracts was given to the sphere of municipal infrastructure. The implementation of projects related to the de-velopment of transport infrastructure is usu-ally postponed. Factors such as the econom-ic crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in legislation influenced the decline in the indicators of concession agreements.
