Abstract

Biography Dr. Huang is now Co-Chairman of Credit Review Committee in Bank of China (BOC). He was the Deputy Vice General Manager of the Ningbo Branch, BOC. He has developed and implemented a RiskAdjusted-Return-Of-Capital system and designed the Information Management Center blueprint for BOC. Dr. Huang graduated from Tsinghua University, China, in 1997. He is interested in credit risk management, bank capital management and performance evaluation.
