An analysis of the cost of the application of ERP system

Abstract

ERP system is the combination of the the advanced management theories and advanced information technology. The core value of ERP is to help companies to integrate advanced resources to improve the management benefits. But the manager puzzled about the problem of ERP system's cost and benefits. There is no doublt that ERP system can bring benefits to the company, but the risk is also great. This thesis analysis the implementation of ERP system and to help current and potential implementers of EPR system to understand the nature of the problem, thus the implementers can make better use of ERP systems for enterprises to create more value.
