To access the critical factors that facilitate user and community engagement in energy - related platforms as well as the effective incentive schemes for consumers, we run a survey (N = 206) to map and typify the platform’s potential final consumer. The use of a scale measurement system has permitted analyzing users’ behavior regarding environment and energy consumption (habits and change flexibility perceptions). The upcoming of digital technology has been changing our lives. One area in which the use of behavioral intervention and new digital technology revolutionized research is on energy conservation.
