Abstract

The characteristics and the transfer functions of the digital analog electro elastic converter actuator for nanoresearch are considered. We obtain characteristics of the digital analog electro elastic converter actuator in the static and dynamic regimes. We use the digital to analog electro elastic converter actuator for nanoresearch. The strain and control characteristics of the digital analog electro elastic converter actuator are received.
