Abstract

Today, enterprises must face global competition, reduce business cost, develop new products and supply new services in a rapid way. An enterprise must transform its strategy from efficiency orientation to innovation orientation. It must continuously reconsider, optimize business management, renovate information systems and improve business processes, especially optimize and improve the product development process.
