The data needed was gathered using interview and observation. The questionnaires were distributed to the students to gather the data regarding the level of sleep disorders experienced by the students. Then, The results of questionnaires were analyzed using the Likert scale calculation formula. The final result of the implementation of Wudhu therapy to reduce sleep disorders in the students of grade 71 and 83 of Nurul Ihsan Palangka Raya Islamic Junior High School was categorized as fairly successful. This could be noticed in the change experienced by the students after receiving Wudhu therapy. The students who experienced sleep disorders tended to be easily tired, frequently yawn, and late for class. Abstract
