[Discrete dynamic analysis of the functional activity of the leukocytes in predicting the nature of the course of viral hepatitis].

Abstract

Lymphocytic populations were examined by the rosette formation technique and lymphocytic and neutrophilic functional and metabolic activities by cytochemical methods in 87 patients with viral hepatitides A and B. None of the parameters alone permitted a prediction of the disease course. To solve this problem, the authors have undertaken a discrete dynamic computer-aided analysis. Analysis of 351 pairs of parameters helped single out several combinations informative as regards hepatitis prognosis.
