Abstract

Describes Frameworks for Aiding Decisions (FAD), the goal being to provide decision support or to eventually replace the decision maker. FAD consists of three distinct subsystems: the conceptual level, which is the methodological level; the second level, which is for planning and intertool usage; and the local intelligent tools level.
