Abstract

In this work, a first-pass wideband Doherty power amplifier (DPA) has been designed using Wolfspeed's 10W GaN transistors. The entire design process is described. A combined network structure was designed with high and low impedance matching techniques, and the DPA is designer with a blocked optimization of the EM simulation.
