Abstract

In this work, we present a setup for measuring substances separated by gas chromatography (GC) simultaneously with a mass spectrometer (MS) and a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) gas sensor. The sensor behavior at different static temperatures and make up flows was investigated. The presented system enables the evaluation of MOS gas sensors and measuring chambers in terms of effective GC detector parts.
