The result ofπrad (1800 ) bending test shows that rol1 cast 6061 aluminum al10y and 6061 aluminum a110y with increased Fe as recyc1ed material had the same bending ability as that of ro11-cast 6022 aluminum al1oy. Abstract

6061 aluminum al10y and model material of recyc1ed 6061 aluminum al10y with increased Fe were cast into strips at a speed of 0.5 m/s usi .ng an unequal diameter twin roll caster. The Fe content of 6061 aluminum alloy and the model material of recyc1ed 6061 aluminum alloy was 0.36 mass% and 0.59 mass%, respectively.
