Single-pole multi-throw switch is an important part of the control circuit in satellite communication load. This paper presents a terahertz single-pole four-throw switching circuit based on microstrip power divider. Simulation results show that low insertion loss and high channel isolation are achieved by using the structure of serial-parallel loaded spiral inductor.
