Improving the Quality of Service for B2B Customers with Digital Business Solutions

Abstract

The article examines the problems arising in the field of railway transport during the transition to digital solutions for serving B2B customers and evaluating the quality of this service. Analysis of scientific literature and successful cases in other areas allowed us to identify a number of suitable solutions and propose our own assessment method.
