RELOCATION OF SPECIALISTS FROM RUSSIA: SCALE AND ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES

Abstract

The article reflects the main problems of organizing labor relations that arise in connection with the excessive external relocation of specialists from Russia. The directions of transformation of the economy are determined, reflecting the problems of the labor market in connection with relocation. Approaches to assessing the scale and consequences of labor relocation for the national economy as a whole and certain of its industries are identified. The tendencies of migration processes affecting the labor market of the Russian Federation, reforming education, staffing production and achieving technological sovereignty in the new geopolitical realities are outlined.
