Education and professional development of an adult during life: acmeological aspects

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of continuing education and professional development of an adult throughout life. The methodologicalbasis for solving these problems are acmeological aspects. Acmeology is the science of patterns, conditions, factors and incentives that promote or hinder the self-realization of mature people in the process of their self-promotion to the top of professionalism and productivity. Synergetic and fundamental acmeology are currently considering the issues of not only peak but also low development. Throughout life, a person not only gets an education. She also pays a lot of attention to self-education and self-education. Engaged in professional and personal self-development.She, as a specialist, develops acmeological competence.
