This article illustrates the global Cosmetic retailer-The Body Shop's successful transformation from its old mission statement (Green its product line) to the new mission statement (Green its entire supply chain). Firstly, it gives a brief introduction about the background of case study. Then it analyses trade-offs of benefits and costs of green supply chain.
