Those randomised numbers are converted to binary numbers and be used as inputs in RIPEMD-160 that produce a stream of hexadecimal numbers which are transformed into a sequence of binary digits. These binary digits are arranged as 16 × 10 array and permuted using the shifting process for each row randomly. The new pseudo-random bit generator was successfully tested in the NIST statistical test. Abstract
