The enemy within

Abstract

here is a great deal of talk these days in our country about the foreign hand behind most of our problems. Another expres sion repeatedly heard is 'destabilization'. There is absolutely -A^ no doubt that India today faces the most serious threat of de stabilization in its 40 years of independent existence. There is absolutely no doubt either that there is a foreign hand behind and there is enough circumstantial evidence to say that it is the hand of the Reagan Ad ministration of the USA.
