The jurisprudential choices of the scholar Ibn Al-Aqar Al-Hanafi- may God have mercy on him-(T:774AH) in Khula and Zhaar from his book Al-Carayafi Abstracting Issues of Guidance and the Impact of Contemporary Fatwas(Comparative Study)

Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Two Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and all his family and companions. In this research I dealt with the choices of the scholar Ibn al-Aqrab - may God have mercy on him - who lived in the eighth century AH in the city of Aleppo, In the year (710 AH), I collected his choices and compared them with the eight schools of jurisprudence, and the fatwas of contemporary. where his choices were collected and reached two issues in the khul’ and zihar. The research included an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The second topic was the choices of the scholar Ibn al-Aqrab - may God have mercy on him - in the khula and zihar. As for the conclusion, it was in the most important results that I reached in this research.
