Abstract

The topology optimization technology of electronic combination shell heat dissipation structure is studied. Under the constraint of the constant weight of the electronic combination shell, considering the thermal-mechanical properties comprehensively ,the structure topology of the shell is optimized by adding ribs and adjusting the size of the shell section. The thermal and mechanical simulation results show that the mechanical and heat dissipation properties of the optimized shell are effectively improved.
